  10.        To provide data security, a backup feature is provided.  You
  11.        must insert a floppy disk in the drive designated as the
  12.        backup drive in the set up screen and enter any key.  The
  13.        user is given the choice of doing a Partial backup, a Full
  14.        backup or None.  Choosing Full will cause all database files
  15.        for all years to be copied.  Choosing Partial will only copy
  16.        database files touched during the current PMIS session.
  17.        Upon completion, the user is notified and entering any key
  18.        returns the user to the Main Menu Screen.
  19.  
  20.        It is recommended that a full backup be done at least once a
  21.        month to insure the ability to recover all of your records
  22.        in the event of a major hardware component failure.
